This recipe is wonderful. I do not like big chunks of lettuce and never thought to chop it up. Now we love to eat salad. You can make it interesting by adding your own favorite veggies. I have passed this recipe along to my friend and she is also in love with it. She also said it is the only way to eat salad and get the healthy stuff eaten.

I forgot to add that I use honey mustard dressing and that is great also.
